Damages and Issues:
We inspect all of our products before shipping them out, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.
Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for returns.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure that you get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Returns:
We only entertain returns in the event of an error on our part, provided you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Exchange Credit:
If for any reason, you are not loving your order, you have 3 days from receipt to return it for exchange credit. However, the items being returned must be in new condition. Exchange credit can be used on Bricks, ashtrays, more prop cash, or any item we sell.
Shipping Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returns. We require the use of tracked shipping for return shipments to reduce the risk of loss, delay, or damage during transit. We would highly advise you adding insurance to your return shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Regrettably, we cannot assume liability for packages that are lost or stolen. Refunds will not be issued for packages marked as delivered by the carrier’s tracking system.
Carrier and Weather Delays:
Please note that we assume no responsibility for delays in package arrivals caused by carrier or weather-related issues.
